What data we collect
Through the quote request form we collect: name, company, email address, phone number (optional), the product of interest and your message. Technically, your IP address and browser information are also recorded and used for spam protection.

How long we keep data
Requests that do not turn into orders are kept for up to 2 years from the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and then as long as accounting and tax laws require.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. It may reach providers that help us operate: the web and email hosting company and Google (reCAPTCHA Enterprise, Google Fonts, Google Maps). Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Write to us at office@lucimet.ro. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro), or with the authority in your country.
Security
The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to received messages is limited to the people handling quotes.
